Ailerons slightly lift when selecting flaps, as soon as they retract the ailerons revert back to normal.

On the Lockheed L-1011 TriStar, the ailerons move up slightly when flaps are extended as part of an aerodynamic design feature intended to maintain desirable handling characteristics.
