logged Add registration placard texture to paint kit

Right now all liveries have the default G-STAR registration placard in the cockpit. Can you please add the texure for this placard to the paint kit?

 

I found a file called registration_albd.png.ktx2 in the aircraft folders but I am unable to open it because I guess it uses som proprietary compression called KTX_SS_PROPRIETARY_ASOBO.
