A350 900-1000 Strobe Lights not bright

@iniBuilds TeamWhen I do a exterior light test before my flights. I noticed the strobe lights on left and right wing is not bright. Also, under the APU exhaust. You don't see the strobe light blub flashing. Except on the ground behind the aircraft. I made a video showing the issue. I'm not sure if anyone else is having these problem with their aircraft.
