A340 Updates Going Forward

Hi,

I am really enjoying the A340-300, well done.

I would like to make one suggestion going forward though when it comes to updates, please treat customers equally, I do not see why `Content Creators` should receive it before us paying customers receive it. The aircraft is not in `preview` anymore.

Eddie, with all due respect, that's the definition of dismissing the feedback. "We understand the frustration, but nothing will change".

As a paying customer I'm sitting here with 1.0.0, while the others already have the update. I'm sitting here waiting for someone somewhere to press a button. You know that we hate the marketplace exactly because how slow and painful is to get updates there, so seeing others flying already with the update while we have to wait until god knows when is specially frustrating.

I apologize if it came off that way. There's not really much I can say in this regard. We've heard your feedback but our stance remains firm on this particular topic. Dismissing your feedback would be deleting this thread and pretending it didn't exist. 

I'll bring this topic up again with the team next time I get the chance and we'll see what can come out of it.

Could the update changelog at least be posted when the update is given to the Marketplace for release? We could at least review that while waiting for the update to be launched.

A330 Driver has a video showing the changelog. Just keep in mind that since the update isnt available yet, the contents of the update can change. You can see it here. Just be sure to pause the video from time to time to read everything because its quite extensive.

Maybe because its not finished yet. Anyway, Im  -> *VERY* <- pessimistic regarding marketplace releases and update cadence. It could take weeks and weeks

Is it different from saying it's dismissed?

Hello,

To clarify as it seems what I've said is being misunderstood. You have shared feedback that we have seen and I have also prodded the team regarding said feedback. I cannot promise we'll change this but it is not a definite "no". We have also seen people have opposite reactions; welcoming the "preview" before the update goes live after submission to Microsoft. 

Regardless, feedback noted and team notified. Will be locking this thread for visibility.
