Will the Inibuilds A340 be transferable to the Inibuilds store/application (upon release on that platform) for those of us who choose to buy it in the MSFS marketplace?

This is a very important question that I think many users would like to have an answer to, especially as this would allow us to determine weather we can buy it right away or need to wait a few more months before purchasing! I would have asked in the other thread, however, it has been closed hence the new topic.

Agreed. There has been very little information shared about when and how it will be released. I would much rather buy it through the inimanager instead of the marketplace

I would wait. Evertyhing is " subject to change" You already know this tho...marketplace is a trap.

I’d really love to get the A340, but I avoid buying through the in-sim Marketplace to help avoid a Marketplace monopoly down the line.

I prefer purchasing directly from the developer to have full control over updates, access to the files, and faster fixes.

Many of us in the VR community feel the same way. Could you please confirm if the A340 will eventually be available on the iniBuilds store or iniManager, and roughly when that might happen?

Why still hidden?

Lol yeah, I was on the fence given how "well" the A350 performed and was genuenly about to buy it. Turned the PC on, saw it was marketplace only, turned the PC off. Just wait for the Toliss.

Well it would have been nice to buy this on the marketplace...no wait. Have I lost my mind, what a horrible idea. Number one the update cycle is going to take longer to get than patches for the sim. And it dosent help that the marketplace is broken, you cant even buy coins to get it. the only thing you get is the spinning wheel of death. Oh well inbuilds, thought you might have understood the six P's p-poor planning equals P-poor results. This was a horrible call and you will hide behind the piracy stand so,ill wait until it is on the iniManager if it does come over. If not then too bad.

But I support Inbuilds. The decision to place exclusively on the market place is the right one. Piracy has really become a big problem - Inbuilds may simply not have the financial means to improve the model. And if this innovation shows itself on the good side and cuts off piracy, all good buyers will benefit in the end. To be honest, I don't understand dissatisfied people. Well, get an update 4 days later - there's nothing wrong globally and the earth won't stop.

I don't want to buy my products from Microsoft, but from the manufacturers. Unfortunately, I've waited a long time for this to be implemented, but I'll just pass and wait until it's available elsewhere. I hope Inibuilts doesn't start dumping its products on the Marketplace. I have been trying to purchase through the marketplace for days. It will not work - no matter what I do. I have followed all of the trouble shooting suggested by Microsoft. I've uninstalled, reinstalled everything under the sun and nothing. I understand the piracy aspect, but you're cutting off customers from purchasing your product. I want to give you my money but it's impossible! Please please please add it to the Inibuilds store - and whatever you do don't switch to marketplace exclusive sales 

Too late for that, inbuilds has sold their souls to the Asobo/Microsoft devils. I tried again after taking admin rights off like someone said over in the ms forums and it didn't work, Still getting the spinning wheel of death.

 

Not buying until this is buyable from the IniBuilds Store!

90% of my purchases are made in the marketplace. Absolutely no problem. Therefore, to be honest, I do not believe in the sincerity of your discontent)))))

If any of you experiencing issues purchasing via the marketplace on Steam, it may be worth enabling the Steam overlay. We've seen some success in that. As for users unable to purchase via the MS store version, we unfortunately don't have any special troubleshooting steps to provide. Microsoft support is your best bet.

Yes, but as mentioned, the A340 is only available on the marketplace at this time.

Thank you, Eddie, I understand its only available from Marketplace right now. I was just looking for confirmation that I'll have access to the ini store version if/when the A340 comes out on that platform in the future and that it wouldn't need a separate purchase. 

Just wanted to confirm while I eagerly await your Tristar's arrival, does this same policy apply to that plane also, Eddie? Can we purchase our L-1011 through the in-game marketplace on launch, but then have access to the Inibuilds store version without having to repurchase once it becomes available in your own store?

Fingers tightly crossed as I'd love to be a day one customer. As a former Hong Konger with family ties to the airport, we saw a LOT of Tristars at Kai Tak back in the day, especially in Cathay colors. She's my second favorite aircraft after the 747-series, and it looks like you've done a superb job!

Hi Eddie

Just hoping to confirm that this is also true of the TriStar? If I purchase through the marketplace, will I also gain free access to the version direct from inibuilds once you release on your own store, or would I need to buy it all over again if I wanted access to the version from your store?
