Thomas Shepard Posted August 24 Posted August 24 The photo doesn't show it well but ever since the update when I go to D-ATIS to make a request the "Send Request" buttons and "Update All" buttons are unavailable. The "Auto Update" buttons are available and work for the two default airports that come from the flight plan that is imported. If you change the airport they won't work again though.
Xenon341 Posted August 24 Posted August 24 (edited) Hello, Did you check that your Hoppie API key is still in the EFB ? Edited August 24 by Xenon341
Andrew Bryant Posted August 30 Posted August 30 I have also noticed this since the latest update. I use Sayintentions for ATC and all the other functions relating to that work i.e. old fashioned ATIS.
Andrew Bryant Posted September 3 Posted September 3 I got this working in the end. It was my Hoppie ID that had expired. As soon as I renewed and entered the new ID, I could request the D-ATIS for the departure airport.

Blodwyn76 Posted September 18 Posted September 18 Have the same issue also with SayIntentions. Had this problem some updates before but was fixed. Now it‘s back again and no one seems to care…
Lestard1988 Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Im facing the same problem, my hoppies logon code is brand new and copied into the 3RD PARTIES - HOPPIE LOGON field. Also switching to Beyondatc for D-ATIS wont work. But it worked once, don't know what I've done. Im on SIM BETA 4, no Beta updates in between.
Blodwyn76 Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Perhaps after a month some update here would be nice some time!? At least, that the issue is registered and being worked on…
Blodwyn76 Posted October 5 Posted October 5 (edited) I got it to work by entering the SI ID as Hoppie login (what shouldn’t be needed). But after switching to VR instant CTD. I‘m done with the A350 (and other Inibuilds aircraft) now… so sad as it‘s a great aircraft and was one pf my favorites. Edited October 5 by Blodwyn76
Blodwyn76 Posted October 5 Posted October 5 For those who still use the buggy A350 with SI: try entering your SI ID as Hoppie login. This seems to solve the problem the devs are ignoring for weeks now.
LukeSkyBellic Posted Wednesday at 09:23 AM Posted Wednesday at 09:23 AM (edited) I have the same issue! I entered my Hoppie code, but when I select BATC in Connect, it doesn’t receive the D-ATIS — it just stays on “pending.” Edited Wednesday at 09:24 AM by LukeSkyBellic
Blodwyn76 Posted Wednesday at 02:12 PM Posted Wednesday at 02:12 PM Don't know, how BATC handles the ATIS / ACARS items. But the devs just seem to ignore the problem. However I'm done with the A350 at least until SU 4, hoping some of the issues like LOD in VR are solved then, as the ATIS problem is only a minor one compared to my other issues that make the a/c unusable at the moment for me.
