ILS landing not possible

Featured Replies

I've been having this problem since the second-to-last update. My ILS frequency is correct and everything is set as usual, but the aircraft isn't receiving it. And the correct frequency is even listed on the left, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas or can help me? Thanks.

For example, I see the 108.7 ILS frequency in the bottom left corner and this is also in the onboard computer but I do not see the NM number there and when I turn on Loc and Approach mode I do not see any Glide Slope

Hello,
Do every ILS have the issue or only some ?
If only some, do you have custim sceneries installed ?

Other lead : Can you try to switch your navdata in the EFB, options, 3rd party to som default if you are using Navigraph just to test ?

Thanks.

The problem occurs with all ILS landings, even those where I have no scenery.

Unfortunately it didn't change anything when I switched by 3rd Party.

Can you try to clean your WASM folder ?

That might help.

These files aren't there for me. I'll try reinstalling the A350.

Reinstalling won't work. That does not delete the WASM folder. You have to find and delete it yourself.

In the Screenshot above everything is fine. If you have a problem, you should post a screenshot from the problem, and not one when everything is perfect.

The Wasm folder isn't anywhere. I've looked everywhere, but it's nowhere. And the screenshot was just an example to explain it better.

It can't find the runway. I've tested it with all charts, though. I've also reset the WASM folder.

There are several WASM folders. You have to find the right one and delete it.

That is senseless.

Is the navdata for the flight plan, the simulator and the plane consistent?

Problem solved. Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem, i don't recieve an ILS signal.

I cleared the whole WASM folder. I reinstalled the A350. I updated the Navdata with Navigraph.

I don't recieve any ILS data. The NAV-Page shows the ILS with correct FREQ and Identifier but the PFD does not recieve info and APPR1 (or else) will not capture any LOC or GS. (Only the ILS Freq is shown on the PFD, like if i don't recieve a signal). I am SU4 Beta.

I did solve my Problem. I uninstalled the NAV-Data from MSFS2020. MSFS2024 now recieves ILS freq. Weird bug.

You are surprised, that a MSFS2020 addon disturbs the MSFS2024? An Addon, which even the provider recommends not to install in the 2024? Really? REALLY?
