A350 SayIntentions CPDLC not sending messages

Featured Replies

PDC requests sent from the A350 (MSFS24, v1.1.1) don't reach SayIntentions, after xfering to mailbox and pressing send the message disappears without being sent. Its available when pressing recall in the mailbox, but pressing send again does the same thing. This isn't a problem on the part of SI, messages sent through other aircraft like the Fenix 320 are processed normally

I am unfortunately having the same issue with the latest update.

I am also having issues with D-ATIS.

Yes I ve notice this also. It appears this broke in the last update.

I have the same problem with connection between a350 and SI since v1.0.11

I can't send pdc request nor receive d-atis and still I didn't get any help

I really tired with this aircraft tbh...

I also have this issue. When d-atis requests are sent they purportedly come back but while the new message notifications come up they are completely blank.

It's not only SayIntentions. On Hoppie the PDC is not sent. CPDLC does work, but PDC's don't come through.

D-ATIS works, at least for the flight I did with LFPG ATIS (just hoppie).

Didn't test the CPDLC though.

Can confirm I am also unable to utilize CPDLC. D-ATIS does not retrieve ARR or DEP for any airport, only generic ATIS reports using NONE. Messages are also disappearing and not being sent to ATC.

Yep agree, cant send PDC/CPDLC on Vatsim.

Yet again highlights the lack of quality control from inibuilds. Why they cant run a simple beta/test flight before they release an update so they can iron out core bugs is beyond me???

All they need to do ensure the aircraft can fly from A to B on VATSIM with an ILS/RNP approach so that it would work for 99% of users🙄

Hi there,

We are actively looking into the issue. Apologies for no reply, already logged via our Discord channel. This was unfortunately not caught in testing as none of us were getting CPDLC issues. Nonetheless, as mentioned, we're looking into it for a hotfix hopefully soon.

Apologies for the inconvenience!

Hello,

We are having no issue receiving ATIS or send PDC.

Please try a complete uninstall then reinstall. Make sure you are indeed on the latest version (1.1.2). You can verify this by going to OPTIONS on the OIS and looking in the bottom left for the version number.

Thank you

For me it's not working from 6 months I guess. I did reinstall of ini a350 and msfs 24 and nothing works. Still can't receive d-atis nor send pdc. I don't  have this problem with Fenix so it's something wrong with inibuilds

A330 Driver on youtube use SayIntention with CPDLC and ATIS with the last update and it works fine so maybe something with your config ?

I think I found the solution for this.
First I only had my Sayintensions key inserted and it never worked. After getting a new Hoppie Logon-Code and inserting this one Say Intensions worked perfectly.

It looks like both have to be inserted to get it working.
