350 Not loading Navigraph charts in FS2020 and 2024

HI guys, trying to load navigraph terminal charts on EFB after initial setup but EFB not loading airport charts. Enrt chart is visiable. Airport chart is visible on the ANF on ND. Also d-atis and weather not working in ATC/com page. Both in FS2020 and FS2024. Not un SU1 beta. 

 

Also trim is not auto setting. getting an out of range error even after following proper procedure in FMS and EFB.

same status for me. worked before cruise, later in flight after 1 hour stopped working

Same for me, i tried to delete "packages" files in AppData to reset all the efb data (simbrief, navigraph) but that didn't reset them, although it did reset calibration. Tried to reset credential, reinstall the plane and liveries, nothing worked.

updated to su1 beta. charts are visible. fs2020 no charts yet. t/o trim msg gone. still no weather in atc/com page.

Same problem with the charts here in MSFS2020, I can not see in MSFS2024 because the sim freezes while in the A350 (I have SU1 installed)

same for me in MSFS2020. No Navigraph display and out of range T.O THS error. All EFB and FMS procedure correct.

Same here….using MSFS2020. I authorized navigraph charts but just like everyone else, to no avail.

Turning off auto trim in Sim settings solves To THS error.

Sane here 2020 no working charts.

maybe  it  due  that navigraph were updating  their  servers etc yesterday

Same issue with 2020, was happening before the navigraph maintenance and still happening after, I have cleared the relevant folders, reset my credentials twice and still no charts on the OIS, frustrating!

After last update, Navigraph charts are available in the MSFS 2020 version.
