Hello, at 24th and 25th December, I was flying the A310 on short trips (Go araound at EDDR and very short trip from EDFH to EDDR). In every case I started from a parking position (cold&dark). Since the next session at 26th December, the knobs, screens and buttons not responding (no lights, the screens a black, no pack sound). I deleted alle the A310 folders (WASM, streamed and also simobjects) but that has no effect. Furthermore, the community folder was cleared (empty folder) and the exe.xml is deactivated. Still no effect. There was no software or hardware change between the sessions ot 25th and 26th December and i have no glue what happend or what is the reason for that issue. Therefore I kindly ask for some information, thanks a lot in advance and regards, Claus-Peter

There has been no change on the A310 package (version). However as these packages are streamed first party content, please reach out to MS Support via their Forums or Zendesk for further support in this regard.

I am having this same issue. Systems will not start, no avionics. Battery switch lights light up but don't turn anything on. EXT power light is on but it does not do anything. It all worked on the 24th of December.

Yes thanks for the info. Our team is investigating as well.

The only thing that has changed is the new AIRAC cycle that went live on 26th Dec 2024, so it is possible there is some conflict with this new navdata that is causing a WASM crash on spawn, affecting the A310 in both MSFS 2020 & 2024?

I am as well having issues with the A310. Turn batts on, ground power and all the screens stay dark, knobs and switches don't do anything. I am playing on the Xbox Series S with the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flight Stick.

Please try loading into the aircraft now and see if you're still having the issues. Some of our testers reported the issue is no longer happening as of today.

We believe it may have been related to the validity date format of this particular AIRAC cycle - the end date (23 Jan 2025) going into another year at the time this was initially reported (2024). However, now that we're in the same year, the issue is seemingly no longer occurring.

We would appreciate if others could confirm the same.

Thanks for the update. It seems to be working now, just did a test flight.
