I am new to the flight sim and have been flying the A310. Now I am ready to move onto the A320neo V2. I get the mcdu and everything set up fine. But cannot reach ATC for clearance, I cannot select any choice in the ATC window. I have all the radios volumes up. What am I missing?

I've been flying my A310 in MSFS 2020 on my Xbox Series S for 2 months now and up until last week all was fine other than a few botched landings. But the week before Christmas I would load the sim and get everything set for a cold and dark start and can't get the FMS, MCDU or anything to power up. I cleared out the cache and stuff, uninstalled and reinstalled the sim and still the same problem. By the looks of it there are several other simmers who've been having the same issue. Hope the problem is resolved soon. Happy New Year, everyone.

I am as well having issues with the A310. Turn batts on, ground power and all the screens stay dark, knobs and switches don't do anything. I am playing on the Xbox Series S with the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flight Stick. Hope it gets resolved soon!
