I had the same problem. Try Main Menu->Marketplace->My library->Check filter category aircraft->and see if it's installed. It showed up there as un-installed so I just had to check the checkbox, click install and restart the sim. I'm pretty sure this was caused by launching in safe mode like 5 launches ago because I was trying to troubleshoot something.

Make sure you community folder path is defined correctly on the iniManager. Click on your name on top left corner to access the Settings page. 

Here you may hit the 'SCAN NOW' button to automatically locate your community folder.

In case the path is incorrect or not found, you may manually select the community folder by pressing the '...' button.

The default FS24 Community folder paths are as follows:

Steam:
