decrepidpilot Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 I recently purchased the A300-600 but have a couple of issues. Firstly, I have a Simbrief ID but after I have generated a flight plan and tried to import it into the EFB I got an error message that the user ID is unknown. I have tried this a few times now but get the same result. Secondly, I have the Turtle Beach Velocity One. I have configured the throttles in the EFB and I also have them configured in the Control Panel options of MSFS but when I move the throttle levers the throttles on the aircraft do not move and the throttles show at about 20%. I have tried different settings in the MSFS control options but the result is the same. Help needed please. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Deleted Account Posted January 15 Share Posted January 15 What did you enter for your simbrief ID? The "Simbrief Alias" is needed. Which Axis do you have bound in the MSFS settings? I reccomend the Throttle 1/2 Axis 0-100% Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have been playing around with my hardware etc. and I think the issues I am having are related to the Turtle Beach Recon Controller I have connected to my system. I am still playing around but having disconnected the Controller everything worked OK.
