Hi thanks for the reply, most helpful. I have been playing around with my hardware etc. and I think the issues I am having are related to the Turtle Beach Recon Controller I have connected to my system. I am still playing around but having disconnected the Controller everything worked OK. I have now reinstalled the Controller and looks like everything is working as expected, but I need a bit more time to be sure.

I recently purchased the A300-600 but have a couple of issues. Firstly, I have a Simbrief ID but after I have generated a flight plan and tried to import it into the EFB I got an error message that the user ID is unknown. I have tried this a few times now but get the same result. Secondly, I have the Turtle Beach Velocity One. I have configured the throttles in the EFB and I also have them configured in the Control Panel options of MSFS but when I move the throttle levers the throttles on the aircraft do not move and the throttles show at about 20%. I have tried different settings in the MSFS control options but the result is the same. Help needed please.
