Thor808 Posted October 5, 2023 Share Posted October 5, 2023 Hi, I purchased KLAX and PHNL today. I have a fairly fast internet connection but after 2 hours KLAX was still not done. I don't see a progress bar either. There's a blue line at the top right that goes back and forth inside the box with the arrow pointing down. At the very bottom right it says Downloading and just above that is a blue box that says Installing but it did that for over 2 hours. This doesn't seem right. Any ideas? I'm new to this. Deleted Account Posted October 5, 2023 Share Posted October 5, 2023 Heya! Yeah, that doesnt sound right. Are you running a VPN by chance? If so, please turn that off for the duration of the download. Could you send me a screenshot of your options page please? Also could you please press CTRL + I, then click on console, start another download and send a screenshot of that?
