Download length?

Hi,

I purchased KLAX and PHNL today. I have a fairly fast internet connection but after 2 hours KLAX was still not done. I don't see a progress bar either. There's a blue line at the top right that goes back and forth inside the box with the arrow pointing down. At the very bottom right it says Downloading and just above that is a blue box that says Installing but it did that for over 2 hours. This doesn't seem right. Any ideas? I'm new to this. Thanks

Yeah, that doesnt sound right. Are you running a VPN by chance? If so, please turn that off for the duration of the download.

Also, next time, a screenshot might be better than trying to explain the screen 😄

No vpn. Also deleted and reinstalled the manager

Yeah, normally you'd get a progress status of the download, but it hasn't started in your case. Could you send me a screenshot of your options page please?

Also could you please press CTRL + I, then click on console, start another download and send a screenshot of that?

Not sure where the Options page is. Are you talking about the gear icon next to my name?
