Simbrief ACARS still displays “pending ” momentarily but never imports the OFP from Simbrief Downloader, I tested it with other aircraft with no issues, I also tried importing both with SID/STAR included and without them to no avail.

Two things, what did you input into the Simbrief ID field and Is your online mode activated?

Online mode is activated and displays my username, but what exactly is Simbrief ID field?

Oh yeah, its there since day one (Simbrief username), however, I changed the password of Simbrief after SU12 , so I wonder if it is the reason but it’s puzzling why the username is there and the behaviour is different from pre SU12 which displays the Pending for less than a second but then nothing is pulled in from Simbrief, I also noticed that (ATIS) and (Messages) are not there anymore.

Lastly, I use Cold n Dark but then use the automated checklists.

P.S I uninstalled the aircraft twice from Content hoping to reset the ACARS (Menue) screen but the Simbrief username is still there, so I’m not sure how to proceed, I have no active Navigraph subscription as well if that helps.

Yeah, ATIS and Messages got moved to the EFB in an update. The behaviour is also different because of said update.

Could you pass me along your Simbrief Username that you pasted in here?

 

And just to confirm, I was talking about the "Online Functionlity" in the MSFS Settings under General Options --> Data. That is turned ON for you?

Yes, i did. Sim 1.31.22 Simbrief id: 50feet.

As you username starts with a number, it might trip the system. Can you try to insert your numerical simbrief ID and try to see if it works with that one?

Can you test with my ID please? Its "GumbyGER" Should give you a EDDF to EDDL flightplan

That fixes the issue. The ACARS import funcionality is now normal for me (my account). Thank you very much.
