L1011 Performance
Suggestions. I would say back to the drawingboard with this one. first the good : The Tristar looks and sounds insane. To do the walk around is an adventure by itself. The cockpit looks stunning also. the things that could go better Sounds: An old steam gauge cockpit like this one ( and I have 747-200 time up the kazoo) . Comes alive with the ratle and clicks of the old rolodex gauges the moment you move the throttles. the brake sounds ( humming) and sometimes sounding like an old steam loco. now these are all just cosmetics. the real problem i have is with the F-104 style climb performance. The whole performance model seems out of wack . High rates of climb at cruise alt’s with hardly any loss of speed. I can still do a 10 degr pitch up climb at 2100 f/pm above FL320 and watch the airspeed bleed of way to slow. AV-8 style take offs with the VSI hitting the barber pole at max t/o mass???

Missed chances
These Aircraft if done the right way have a much bigger aviation fan base and thus they could have made much more money and even ask more. And for the support here to wave off any critisism to ..go to microsoft .. tells you all.

L1011 climb performance above Fl300
The climb performance at higher levels are not realistic. I can do a 2100 ft a minute climb between FL320 and FL380 and not loose much speed at all. The coffin corner is very tight at such alt’s

GSX pushback driver destroys my gear
First of all , what a wonderfull but glitchy aircraft. the list is growing , but hey…. Its an old aircraft . After spending an hour setting up the plane I called the GSX pusback truck. it pushed me nicely on the baseline but than i got two msfs warnings gear and tire damage. And that was it After discon. the tug the L1011 could no longer move . this is now the second time it happend.Any suggestions other than using the paper FB pushback option? (And sacking the tug driver)
