The A300/A310 alarm can be a real ear-driller if you aren't used to it! Usually, you just need to hit the 'AP Off' button on the yoke a second time to silence the cavalry charge. If you’re clicking the dash buttons instead of using a mapped key on your joystick, it tends to just stay in that warning loop. I actually ended up using a simple site like https://onlinealarm.co/ on my second monitor to set 'reminder' alerts for my descent top-of-climb points, mostly because I kept getting distracted and missing my altitudes, which triggers even more annoying alarms in the cockpit.

Hey! To activate the alternate, you usually need to go to the F-PLN page, click on any waypoint in your active route (usually the top left LSK), and you should see an 'ENABLE ALTN' or 'ACTIVATE ALTN' option. Just a heads up - this will usually insert a discontinuity and then your alternate airport will appear at the bottom for you to set up the approach.

If you haven't checked it yet, the iniManager app is definitely the easiest way to go. Most of the official liveries are right there in the 'Liveries' tab and it handles the installation for you. Super convenient compared to moving folders around manually!

Nice work with the A300! It’s one of my favorite planes for short-haul cargo hops. The autoland system on the ini version is super reliable - always good to see it in action at some of the smaller regional airports like WIPP. Great screenshot!

Double-check your install path in iniManager! MSFS 2024 handles the Community folder a bit differently depending on whether you're on Steam or Game Pass. If the liveries are in the folder but not in the game, try a quick restart of the sim - sometimes the new UI takes a minute to refresh the livery list for the A350.

I noticed this too after the latest update. It seems like the sound mixing got a bit skewed. Before you do a full reinstall, try deleting your WASM folder for the aircraft and clearing your DirectX shader cache. Sometimes the old sound configuration files get 'stuck' even after an update. If that doesn't work, we might just have to wait for a hotfix since a few of us are missing that iconic engine growl now!
