Im having this since V1.0.8. Setting Navdata to Sim Default helps but then you cant use GLS or ILS.

Also i can only install either the MSFS2020 or the MSFS2024 reduced resolution pack. But not both. Nice... I see there has been some serious testing involved... But im sure theres an easy fix for something like that. Hey, with the A350 at least they are trying. Their A300 Premium has big stutters when strobe lights are on. Thats since it has been released btw. Performance does seem to be much better in MSFS2020. Like there its straight up usable. Soo shout out to Asobo for not yet completely ruining that product too lol.

I had this pulsing stutter in previous updates. But i found a workaround, which is setting navdata to "Sim Default". I didnt get a reply for my bug report though. They dont seem to care. Otherwise agree. Terrible performance, even with "EFB Performance Mode", "Reduced Resolution Pack" and "No Cabin". MSFS2024 SU2 | AMD R7 7800X3D | RTX 4070S (@ 2560X1440) | 32GB DDR5-6200 CL32
