The departure airport has to be indicated as white star at ND, as long as no RWY was selected

The VD is missing that message from topic titel. The problem is also related to this:
-
With empty FMS the AFS CP have to be able to switch to dashed HDG. It should be possible to have no Trackline on the ND.

bug v1.0.8 ADS-B TRAFFIC ON ECAM message when ADS-B TRAFFIC is OFF on SURV Page
Der Michel replied to dectenor1's topic in Systems
Ok, I have an image of an A350 during flight preparation (engines off). No idea what the FCOM is telling...but even with ADS-B TRAFFIC Button ON--> no MEMO. I think the description of the memo in the FCOM is wrong. ADS-B is in lower picture still off, because ADS-B RPTG is off. And that is off, because the XPDR is in STBY. The logic should be: telling ADS-B TRAFFIC ON in phase 1,2,12,13 if still ON (both buttons). telling ADS-B TRAFFIC OFF in phase 3-11 if still OFF (one of the two buttons). -
There is a cut off value of 20NM IRL above that the decimals are no longer displayed. This will solve this issue. Example from A320 but same logic for A350!

GPWS OFF memo is missing: TAWS FLAP MODE OFF memo is missing: TAWS G/S MODE OFF OFF memo is missing: TERR SYS OFF message missing at ND: Buttons should lokk this, if GPWS is off: Currently the PLAN mode doesn't show the VD, but using the space to indicate the route. That's wrong: At STAUS&SWITCHING page the both GPWS and TAWS should be independet an as follows:
-
The correct spelling is ELEVN and not ELEVEN. ELEVATION has only two E
-
I know there is no proper WXR in MSFS. But you modeled certain funtions as mokup. But not correct: GAIN+Value have to be white+cyan at the ND: ELEVN mode is missing the value box and should be cyan: TILT+ value have to be cyan at ND and TILT value box has to show the default value: WX TURB OFF memo is missing: MAP has to be cyan at ND and MFD: If WXR is off, the other buttons should show: WXR OFF missing at ND, when OFF but ticked at CP/EFIS: VD is missing the white lines: VD AZIM is not working: The SURV panel has no function (ELEVN, GAIN, VD AZIM): WRX messages are missing: SURV/STATUS&SWITCHING page is not working at all as intended:

The WIND for APPR has to be syncroniced with DES WIND panel, if there is GND WIND entered. Ignore that FCOM is writing DES panel of ACTIVE/PERF. They are talking about the APPR panel. One small error of many in FCOM's.
-
The WIND DES page has to automatically show the alternate. In this example EDDL. If no ALTN is entered, the field has to show four green dashes without a box.
-
A windowed alt cstr has to be displayed with WINDOW in the F-PLN. Example from A320, but same for A350!!
-
For GLS the wrong LS IDENT and CHAN is indicated. Also a channel doesn't have decimals (.00) It should be: G25J 28146

That are the company stored routes in the database of the FMS. You can access them via RTE SEL or via RTE SUMMARY or via DATABASE ROUTES. That function is not linked to the route uplink (CPNY F-PLN REQUEST). A320 has the same functionality, yes.
-
When only a TRIP WIND is entered, it has also to be displayed in FPLN EFOB/WIND. Currently there are only dashes. It's then TAIL/009 in this case. Here also an example from A320/330:
-
When just entering citypair FROM/TO and then selecting a route to import, the system should only import the route and not FL/CRZ TEMP and TRIP WIND.
-
For an emty FMS, there shouldn't be any entry and no lines filled:

1. When reenabling the XPDR from STBY, the TCAS has to be set active again, when it was previously active. 2. ALT RPTG OFF memo is missing: The flight crew sets the ALT RPTG button to OFF on the SURV CONTROLS page of the MFD. Appears on the WD. 3. ADS-B RPTG OFF memo is missing: The flight crew sets the ADS-B RPTG button to OFF on the SURV CONTROLS page of the MFD. Appears on the WD. 4. ADS-B TRAFFIC Button: OFF has to be white, not green. 5. When XPDR is STBY, the ALT RPTG and ADS-B RPTG butto have to show a grey OFF
-
1. ND has to indicate TCAS STBY, like MEMO, when ALT RPTG is OFF. TCAS MODE list and TCAS DISPLAY MODE list have to be grayed out, when TCAS is in STBY. (Picture 1) 2. The STATUS SWITICH PAGE has to indicate TCAS STBY in WHITE, when ALT RPTG is OFF. (Picture 1) 3. TA ONLY has to be blue (Pictures 2) 4. ND: amber TCAS is indicated when the TCAS is failed (the case, when IRS off), and the TRAF pb is pressed on the EFIS CP. (Picture 3) So in this case it shouldn't be visible. 5. PFD should show an amber TCAS, when the TCAS is failed (the case, when IRS off).(Picture 3) and 6. Check Colors for STATUS SWITICH PAGE. There shouldn't be a green TCAS STBY, but an amber TCAS 1(2) when TCAS failed: (Picture 3) and 7. TCAS DISPLAY MODE and TCAS MODE have to be disabled when TCAS failed: (Picture 3) and 8. TCAS area titel has to be amber when TCAS failed: (Picture 3) and 9. Check the STATUS SWITICH PAGE: When set to default, the XPDR and TCAS shouldn't be STBY, but active green TCAS 1 (2). See Picture 4 Picture 1: Pictures 2: Picture 3: Picture 4:

Hi, great report. Very detailed and a lot basic AP/FMS stuff that need to be fixed. I can underline your findings.
-
CI has o be dashed, not grey boxed as long as no Citypair is entered. Then it will be amber boxes. RTE RSV and FINAL have to be visible times have blue : ALTN fuel is non functional, as long as no ALTN is entered at INIT TRIP and EXTRA doesn't have a unit as long as dashed
