Same issue, suddenly lost one engine, was able to re-light, no stuck on ENG OUT on the PROG page.

It's not possible to select the ILS08R when selecting the YAWOR1R STAR into EDDP.

To add another data point, I just dropped out of the sky inbound the IAF. I removed some waypoints from the STAR before departure, while still on the ground. EBBR/25R NIK3G NIK L191 VICOT N873 BEDUM DCT JUIST N873 INSUS DCT AMSEV P602 PIPEX M609 RIPAM RIPAM3L ENGM/01R My modification was ROXIM DCT OGRAS.

The engine sounds in the cockpit are at a good level during take-off, but during the climb, they fade away more and more the higher you get.

I had the same issue. I fixed it by pulling the throttles a bit further back when calibrating the IDLE Position.
