  1. Just ran into this on a flight from MMMX to KMIA. Here's the details per the reporting guidance https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/33786-how-to-verify-and-report-wasm-crashes/ Aircraft: A340-300 EIS1 / passenger (Cathay Pacific B-HXK livery) version 1.0.5 (downloaded) Simulator: FS2024 (Windows marketplace) Navdata method: Navigraph OFP: SimBrief PDF: Attached WASM Error: Screenshot attached - unfortunately found the crash report guidance after closing the sim and so didn't capture the developer mode details Specs 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K (3.00 GHz) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 64.0 GB Latest bin autosave: Attached I was about to change my KMIA arrival runway from ILS 30 to ILS 27. Changed to heading mode (from nav mode) and was just about to click the F-PLN button when the WASM crash occurred 1765732182.bin MMMXKMIA_PDF_1765724736.pdf
  2. This issue happens sporadically, but frequently enough I see it in some form at least every 2nd or 3rd flight. At some point during the flight you look over and notice your FO is missing. Then (in some cases) you look out the front window and there they are hovering out in space about 20 feet in front of the aircraft, which is the most common, unnerving case. If you go to the external view, you will see both pilots projected out in front of the aircraft. However, in other cases the pilots will be projected somewhere behind the cockpit with one of them hovering in space just outside of the fuselage. And in other cases the FO just goes missing and is presumably being projected somewhere that's not easy to see. In an attempt to work-around the issue, I've tried switching between various views to see if that would help get the pilots back in their seats. Nothing seems to work. However, just as randomly as the problem occurs it can randomly resolve itself. I've had this happen early in a flight parked at the gate or during taxi to sometime during mid-flight. Sometimes it automatically revolves itself and other times not. I've only observed this with the A300-600R Premium on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 SU4 (release). I have not tried using the A300-600R compatible version. It did not happen on SU3. Also, have never seen this happen with other IniBuilds aircraft such as the A340 or A350. See attached screenshot where I've outlined the pilots with a red box
  3. I just encountered this issue with the A300-600RF PW (IniBuilds FedEx livery) in MSFS 2020 at KSYR (w/ the SierraSim KSYR scenery). Parked at FedEx ramp 1, which is a naturally downward sloping spot where the aircraft will naturally roll when neither chocks or brakes are set. However, when starting a new flight from cold & dark with both chocks and brakes set, the aircraft slowing begins to roll forward until it rolls about halfway into the building. I have not found a way to stop it. This seems to only happen in combination with GSX. If I deactivate GSX the problem does not occur.
  4. Hi, I just encountered this issue. The issue appears to be route specific. In my case I was attempting to enter details for a EDDM -> LFSB flight and things hang up on a specific LFSB STAR entry. Here's the flow that reproduces 100% of the time for me ... Locate the aircraft at any airport - in my case I'm using the A300-600RF PW w/ the IniBuilds provided FedEx livery starting from EDDM Cold & dark Turn on battery power Connect to ground power FMS INIT (page A) ROUTE: EDDM/LFSB - the from airport doesn't matter COST INDEX: 50 CRZ FL: 240 FLT ID: FDX5225 F-PLN Select LFSB -> STAR APPRS: ILSY15 STAR: ARPU8K <-- THIS SEEMS TO BE THE KEY SPECIFIC STAR INPUT FOR THE ISSUE TO OCCUR INSERT INIT (page B) BLOCK: Click LSK to auto-fill ZFW: Click LSK to auto-fill ZFWCG: 27.8 Click the TO/APPR button RESULT: Will no longer be able to interact with the FMC or many other dials; particularly, on the lower displays. Tablet and overhead panel works fine. Aircraft itself is left in a wonky state as you can't start the APU (as one example)
  5. Could someone create a Cathay Pacific livery for the A300-600R as was done for the A310-300? Would also love to see a Cathay Pacific Cargo livery as well.
