  1. Apperently it has nothing to do with the gear retraction. At every takeoff when airborne a few 100 feet, the elevator (not trim) jumps up, resulting in a unrealistic nose up jump. I found out that when you keep a little pressure (forward or backward, depends on the situation) makes this event not happening. If your stick remains neutral, I get this nose up jump every time. Also when engaging the autopilot (spot on the FD cross) the nose tends to jump. In some other descend situations where you change modes VNAV to LVLchange or the other way around... again... nose bounce...
  2. When the gear is retracted right after take-off, the 340's nose jumps up a few degrees in pitch. Pitch trim was calculated by the EFB with the correct numbers (1/4.9UP).I understand that because of a gear retraction/extension the CG changes slighty forward/backward, but not in 0.5 seconds. Also during takeoff-rotation, it is hard to bring the nose up gently. I tried different sensitivities on the joystick, tried to mess around with different payloads/Trims/FLEX/Flaps etc... nothing realy helps. Once airborne, the joystick feeling is ok. I have seen posts on this before... Just wanna bring it up again in case this issue is linked.
  3. Im sorry, I flew the Fenix 320 for a year and on that same page, the time there is the time to start descend. #mind blown
  4. When pressing the "instant fuel load" or "instant payload" button on the EFB, the aircraft jumps like someone hit it with a 200 ton hammer. Maybe spread out the "instant" to 10 seconds or something? GSX still does not like your Fuel/payload settings and always messes up somewhere... Load with GSX function has never worked like it should
  5. This is correct in the FPL-page; T/D (time Top of Descend)= 0213 TIME at DEST =0239 BUT, When you open the DES page it says you have to start descend at 0239 in stead of 0213. The descend page shows the time of arrival (not the time to start your descend) I can not explain this in a better way 🙂
  6. On the Descend page on the FMC, the time to start the descend is actually the estimated arrival time. Not the time when reaching TOD. If you want to see your correct time to start descend, you have to look at the time on the "f-pln". There the time is correct.
  7. Have had the same problem, was solved with some fresh oil in the engines on the maintenance page on the EFB... Not sure how to disable those maintenance features...
  8. Yes i tried that, but I was hoping actually to press; 1time= AP engages 2nd time = AP off 3rd time = AP warning sound off. In the fenix this works like that. In real life it only disengages the AP I guess. It was just convenient... but ok, I can live with it :-)
  9. I hope for a "no cabin"-verion? I fly mainly in VR, and those modelled cabins always kill my framerates. I hope a "NO CABIN"-version becomes standard, like you did with the A350...
  10. WAY too sensitive indeed, but after the wheels leave the ground, the dynamics change to normal pitch behaviour.
  11. Is there an other way to cancel the autopilot disengaged warning sound, other then clicking on the red sidestick button ? In real life, the pilot presses a second time on the red sidestick button, but if I do, it just engages the AP again. On the FENIX, it works with the same joystick-button mapping, but maybe I am missing something here...
  12. Like the title describes... If you are not perfectly aligned on the flight director, and engage the autopilot, the aircraft makes a very abrupt movement towards the flight director. Looks like the elevators jump to 0 first in stead of keeping them on the present position. Please check the values of your "PitchPID"...

  13. I am unable to insert the TRIP WIND in the INI page. Example: Headwind of 43Kts Whould be entered as "HD43" right ? When I enter this, I see the FMC recalculating data, but wrong. If I instert 2kts, 30kts or 150kts, The recalculated data says the same. Also the insterted value will never appear in the field "trip wind". (not giving me a format error or anything) Is this only me or... ?
  14. I get red screens when I spawn on the runway, but when I spawn on a parking positions "cold and dark", all works fine.
  15. You just told to wait for reversers and spoilers untill after the nose gear touches. I think i will go and believe the 1000's of video's posted online instead 😉
