Hello, The cabin packs are no longer supported. You can use a Hues mod if you need but Inibuilds only has a default cabin now. Please see this announcement.

Hello, sorry to hear this, have you tried deleting your Inimanger in the Roaming folder? Try a reinstall and go to User, App Data, Roaming and delete the Inimanger folder. Then reinstall.
