I did my first 11hr 20mins from EDDF to VHHX today all without any issues. Obviously now im on SU4 Im wondering if all these problems were SU3? Is anyone having the same issues on SU4? Ive only done one flight as of yet so still need to test more.

AAAAhhhhhhhhh here we are again. My very next atempt after my last atempt (which ended in failed TOD pause) I come back to the sim and the aircraft is skimming the trees, but on the PFD I'm still apparently up at FL350!!! I don't know why I try at this point. No devs seem to be caring about this thread at all. But we've been consistently showing that there are big issues still even after multiple patches. I don't have the motivation to continue trying to test it to see if it works or not, not until I see some headway from the devs in trying to address whatever bug this is!! If I don't find that its patched by the next major update, I'll be wanting my money back. Until then, I might just go and fly the Headwind Simulations 787-9....It's free.....and it gets me to my destination.

Can we get an answer anytime from you as to whether or not the devs have actually identified yet what this is? This issue seems to be cropping up primarily in SU3 still, not SU4.

Maybe all the louder people who say this plane is fine, are all on the SU4 beta at this point and so the SU3 folks are falling through the cracks? I don't know. Would love to have some clarity on what the devs are doing to try and fix this issue, as this aircraft is still not reliable for me as a longhaul aircraft. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to this one.

So my first atempt at doing a flight on the new update: So apparently it managed to stay on its magenta line for the entire flight until it failed to pause even though I had set it to pause at TOD in the settings. So........you can start to see how I only ever successfully complete about 50% of flights with this aircraft!!! goodness sake - I'm starting to regret my purchase decision

Really???! Thats crazy. So they have a multi-product bug that they've still not patched out of not one, but TWO of their major products?? People might think im over reacting, but I literally have only ever completed about 50% of the flights I've ever tried to date with the A340.

Inibuilds, could we get some clarity on what this bug even is? We've never heard what it actually is thats doing this. Would be very interested to hear if anyone else is getting this on the latest update.

Sure enough, on my second longhaul with this aircraft (1.0.3) in SU3, the same bug happened yet again. Still hasn't been squashed. This aircraft has consistently only worked about 50% of the time ever since I bought it. If this isn't patched soon I'll be asking for a refund.

I see that update 1.0.3 has just arrived. I don't hold out much hope that this issue is fixed but I'll test it anyway with a few longhauls and see what happens.

I have been consistently having this issue since your v1.0.0, all the way to your v1.0.2 - and I'm running SU3.

had the issue again yesterday on v1.0.2 I'm still running SU3.

I'm finding that pretty much every other flight this crash happens and I loose the flight. Some flights are perfect and the plane operates as it should and its great. And then all of a sudden, wham, it happens again and another longhaul attempt is lost

So i started a flight this morning after the 1.0.1 update, and sure enough, same issue happened, I checked the console but have NO errors, only a few warnings which I show in the screenshot. Same issue, MCDU froze, not able to change pages, ND range selector knob turns but the ND range doesn't change, and the aircraft stops following the nav path and just goes off on its own little ramble across the sky

Sorry I didn't get the wasm crash console stuff, next time I have this happen I will make sure to remember to do that! Here is another longhaul attempt

Ok, so my third flight is the first successful flight ive done so far. This time around I didn't touch GSX at all, and I wonder if thats what the issue was? EDIT But then, on my fourth flight attempt just now, the MCDU's froze up as I was initialising my route while on the stand! I had opened the gsx menu from the tab at the top of the screen, but not clicked any buttons.

Nope! same exact thing happened, about an hour and a half into the flight, the navigation completely locks up, ND range doesn't work, FMC doesn't respond, AP inop. For goodness sake Inibuilds, how do you have a product where all the streamers have zero issues, making the product look good, and when you throw £56 at a product it doesn't even work properly. I'm not new to Airbusses either. If I can't complete a flight after three attempts, what's the use? If whatever this is isn't patched asap (so that I can actually use the product) I'll be pushing for a full refund. I realised my GSX wasn't fully updated to the newest version, so I have updated that and will try again tomorrow. If that doesn't work I'll keep reporting until I hear how it can be fixed, or what it is that I'm conceivably doing wrong.

Ok, my third flight attempt, I've completely turned off the gsx synchronisation features in the efb, and immediately the nose wheel steering works AS IT SHOULD. So thats a step forward, once I'm in cruise I'll see if the AP/ND freeze issue is still present

it can't be running out of ram. I hope we get some idea, because none of the streamers i have seen have run into this, and nobody seems to be talking about it

Strange thing happening here. I've only done 2 flights so far, but both have had the same issue, about 1-2hrs after departure in the cruise, I notice all of a sudden that the MCDU's are frozen with no way to input or change anything, the aircraft also locks me out of changing any autopilot inputs and goes into what I assume must be heading hold, as it drifts off the track in a straight line for eternity. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not, but I'm concerned to see it twice in a row on my first two flight attempts!

Hi, I've just bought, installed and downloaded the Lufthansa livery this morning, fired up my first flight and have the exact same issue with the Lufthansa livery. Is this still happening after the update then?

I'm fairly sure this issue ISN'T a problem with this terrain specifically. But I thought I'd post here because I know this is definitely not the colouring the terrain is supposed to be. And I'm wondering if anyone here knows what my issue might be. I've already gone through uninstalling Rex Accuseason Advanced to check if that was the problem. It's not. So I'm out of ideas. Anyone know why I've got this reddish tint to the terrain? It's fairly prevalent over southern England for me.
