I have this re-occur on my KRCW arrival (with the FMGC issue in the other post). Is this NavData related also- and why is the a/c seeing 3rd party Navdata when it uses the default AIRAC?

ORBX and Navigraph (but I thought the A310 used the DEFAULT Navdata?)- will follow up with them

The rose indication is 1 degree off from the HDG SEL

I have noticed that selecting the STAR, transition, APP and transition does not populate to the FPLAN. Insert is missing. I have had to manually construct a couple of arrivals. If I press 6LSK (where INSERT would be) it automatically up selects the APP and totally deletes the STAR. Repeatable.

Please try with heavy weights- ZFW 240000lbs +. When you do you will see this behavior every time. Additionally AFDS does not cope with high wing loading, and moves into shaker territory through initial departure turns. Requires AP disco and manual flight. The flight is within the envelope- just outside AP capabilities.

This issue is consistently present in BETA 2. Every single TO- no need for video. Requires inordinate yoke pull to rotate.

I have noticed a distinct trend in difficult initial and secondary rotation with the calculated Pitch Trim setting. I have started using about a 0.2UP additive to the EFB computation which then gives me proper rotation and initial elevator authority. Would you please verify? Thanks!

To add- I have this issue, however, a friend who also flies the A310 does not... not sure if it may be a localization issue.... I'm in the US and fly LBS whilst he is in the UK and flies KGS. HTH
