  1. I also have MSFS installed on a drive different from C:\ and am stuck in PENDING.
  2. is there some requirement that something needed to be started or installed as admin to enable appropriate permissions to write this file?
  3. Is the official IniBuilds position that this is still a "server load" issue?
  4. So my username is the same as my alias, and I'm still getting PENDING. thanks
  5. At this point, I really wouldn't think server load can be blamed any longer. I noted this on other equivalent threads, but if all other solutions used by other aircraft models are working, and this solution is not working for such a wide swath of users, then there must be issues with the implementation. I don't think any of the other aircraft with similar imports have such a sensitivity to server load in the first place. I doubt the solution is really "out of our hands"; I would suggest a deeper debug, and acknowledgement that it's an issue due to unknown causes at this time. I am still having this issue (Pending comes up immediately), at any time of day, for several days straight. the Ini manager method does work for now. I've tried using simbrief username (not pilot ID), navigraph alias, etc. but still get the same exact behavior.
  6. Indeed it could very well be an environment issue, given the wide differences in current functionality. I'm also glad that other factors are now seen as a potential cause instead of only server load. I would simply make the official public response that there are currently unknown issues causing this problem for a broad section of users, and those having issues should use the inimanager workaround until further notice.
  7. If this feature is really that much more sensitive to server load than all other other competitor's solutions, then perhaps the wrong solution is being used? Nothing is ever totally "out of our hands". At the end of the day, regardless of implementation difference reasons, the end user sees that this works on other planes, and does not work on the A310. That's all that matters. And I would still be willing to bet this issue will linger after server load decreases even further. I would highly recommend a deeper debug. Note that I have been able to use the inimanger workaround in the meantime.
  8. Same issue for me...have tried many times over the past several hours. I'll try the iniBuilds manager...but this might get to be very common. thx
