No solution only workaround ... This worked several times for me ... - Flight started on RWY - WASM Crashed - Ended flight to main menu - Flight started on Gate at same airport as before - Entered cockpit by Shift+C -> no crash of WASM, Cold&Dark - Ctrl+E - Slewing on RWY -> all okay

In the marketplace I uninstalled the A340. installed again but that didn't help.

The same for me installation failed only got that gray screen or crash to desktop. Just bought that Hooper scenery. Now I am forced to install another software to download the scenery. I really don't like to be forced to install any software which even does not work. Just sent me a link to download or refund my purchase. Definitely not satisfied.
