i've not noticed that, but I did notice that the AP struggles to hold the ILS glideslope. kept dipping far below so much I had to take manual control as to not run into the ground.

click the yoke basis
look here on Manual
first thing i tried was clicking the yoke base, however nothing happened

1) Couple things, in the W&B page there are rows A through E (5 rows) available for the pax configuration, however there are only 4 rows of seats. What is row E?
2) For row C, there's only 1 seat in this row. if you put 150lbs, no pax model shows up. however if you put 300lbs, a single woman appears. What is going on here? Feels like a bug maybe

quick q: how to hide yoke? i found clickspot to hide efb but not yoke

Hello,
Where have you read that the XBOX version includes a cabin? This is incorrect. No cabins whatsoever for Xbox, unfortunately.
As for FS2020 on the PC, nothing we're planning at this time. Maybe in the future we'll reconsider some kind of implementation but not a topic that we are actively discussing.
Thank you for your understanding 🙂
thanks for responding and clearing that up. i did think it very odd Xbox got a cabin but PC 2020 didn't. As to where I saw this, I use this site for all my MSFS news as it documents new releases and updates nicely.
iniBuilds A350 Airliner now available on Xbox with launch discount and giveaway - MSFS Addons
It says clearly "Two cabin packs previously launched on PC are also now available on Xbox. These add detailed airline-specific configurations to the 3D cabin, including options like Qatar Airways’ QSuite and Emirates’ first-class product.". Sounds like they interpreted the update wrong, eh?
-
I know for MSFS2020 ini decided not to include a pax cabin for some reason, however I just read they released the A350 for xbox that does include a pax cabin. If the xbox can handle it, does that mean we are able to get it in 2020 now?
2024 is still in such a bad state that it's quite a ways away from being switched to by a lot of us and 2020 works and looks great. the only issue right now is lack of pax cabin for the a350 which kills the immersion. just my 2c

As far as I know, you can only do this using the GTN 650s “Autopilot” function (found under “Utilities”).
ah yeah, that imo is kind of "cheating" as its not very realistic and a lot of the time doesn't integrate well in msfs anyway (since it's a work around). better to use the build in autopilot which works just fine

Click the upper right screw on the ASI gauge to hide the i-phone EFB. This would be nice to have in the documentation.

I dont understand how to get modern cockpit or EFB popup. Where is the clickspot? also how do you get the nice seats and overhead art? i looked in manual but didn't see any mention

Hi!
Haven't bought the 406 for now, because in the previews on Youtube the plane had no BETA Range simulation. What's the current state of that? Is there a proper engine simulation and if not, is this something you consider for a future update?
Cheers, Wolfgang
there is beta range. i was able to reverse on the ground as well

i only see 2 pax models loaded in 2020

The flight_model.cfg files have the max steering angle set at 45°, which is reasonable given the ground handling engine in MSFS (2020). The dev's were nice enough to remember to enable diff. braking for those of us with twist rudders, so turning on one main wheel is still possible. If you examine the contact points and do the trig, a steering angle of 59° would give you that single wheel pivot without diff braking - but it might be twitchy at higher speeds.
how do you enable differential braking with a twist stick?

Can't find the Throttle Calibration page in the F406 (V1.0.0) EFB.
what makes you think there is one?

Hi folks, I can't get the AP to capture the target altitude. I'm using the PMS 650 and the Logitech AP panel, which both work, except for the altitude. It doesn't matter which mode I use. 'Alt Sel' is active, but the autopilot doesn't level off at the selected altitude, regardless of whether 'Auto Arm' or 'Manual Arm' is selected. I also disconnected the panel, but that didn't help.
Otherwise, I have no problems. The AP follows GPS and heading (I haven't tried ILS and RNAV yet).
there's an altitude select input? where do you see that? mine is just hold altitude or hold pitch

you need to create the "flightplan" folder, under "work". I don't know why this folder is missing.
C:\User\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\work\flightplan
gotcha, thanks
-
I saved a .fpl flight plan from LittleNavMap in the C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\work folder (attached) however when I type in the departure/destination airport codes in the FMS the route does not appear.
what is the issue here? thanks

Probably only with a third party add-on like GSX. Doesn't come natively with the A300.
oh gotcha. bummer it doesn't come with ground units like strair. i think the cargo version does? maybe in a future update

two quick questions:
1) how can you have multiple passenger stairs for entry? (front and back)
2) can you have the jetway connect to the second door instead of the first so passengers don't walk through the first class cabin?
thanks!
-
UPDATE: i just put the 4 letter code as departure/destination into the FMS and it loaded successfully

I saw in another thread that the location to place flight plans is C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600\work\flightplans
and the correct suffix is .fpl like LFKJLFLB.fpl. is this correct?
and then once you save the flight plan there, how do you load it into the FMS? thanks

I have done a fairly detailed search. It does not look like the PAX version came with airstairs (those the aircraft carried). It would break my immersion if inibuilds added stairs to a plane that did not have them in real life.
We’re talking about requesting external stairs, not internal ones like the 737 has. Just regular air stairs for the Pax to enjoy at smaller airports.

just tried my first ILS approach with the AP and it picked up both lateral and vertical guidance, however it struggled to actually follow the vertical glidepath. it kept dipping below it and eventually i had to take over manual control as to not fly into the ground.
anyone else had issues with ILS AP?
