    GSX bug?

Hi Tiago. We're aware this is happening and investigating why. Thanks for the report.
  2. We'll take a look at the livery and see if we can find the issue. Thanks for the report.
  3. Glad you got it sorted out. We've issues can often be something you haven't had to consider in previous simulators.
  4. Hi. Thanks for the reports and the interest in the aircraft. As we often say, the best course of action you can take with the default aircraft is to open a post at the MS fourms and get other to upvote it. We don't have the ability to push fixes to this aircraft without their involvement so think of it as idiom "the squeaky wheel gets the grease"
  5. Happy to help and glad it's sorted. Enjoy!
  6. Hi. I am our resident VR disciple and can confirm all of these functions work without issue on the A350. My guess is you are moving too close to the EFB and that is causing an input issue as you're breaking "though" the input cursor plane. Try moving your head back a bit and see if full functionality returns.
  7. Hi Nick - HF radio controls are here Sadly there is not facility for proper HF simulation in the sim so it's mainly a visual feature.
  8. Can you confirm assistances are disabled in your settings? As with most high-fidelity addons we advise disabling all assistances/collision before loading the aircraft to prevent these kinds of issues as the aircraft needs to initialize properly while loading in.
  9. Hi. We don't quite understand the issue as you describe. Can you possible share a video or an autosave of after you input the constraints so we can take a look? Thanks.
  10. Hello. We aware of this but can't quite figure out the issue as the code between 350/340 is identical and it works as expected in 340. We're continuing to investigate and hope to find a solution soon. Thanks!
  11. This is the proper technique. The FBW trim system is actively adjusting on climbout so if you yank the stick back, it tends to over compensate and when you release pressure it needs to release the value which cause the crazy pitch fluctuations.
  12. Hi Nick. Can you share you PC specs as well as what airports this is occurring? Without more specific details it sounds like the sim is culling objects, of which lights tend to be the first that are affected.
  13. As with most high-fidelity addons we advise disabling all assistances/collision before loading the aircraft.
  14. Do you have any other bindings setup to toggle parking brake or a keyboard profile that might be causing a conflict?
  15. Hi Matteo, It's not currently planned but perhaps we can consider it in the future. Glad you're enjoying the VIP cabin and the plane. Thanks!
