Taxi2Gate OTHH GSX Profile issue

I had the Taxi2Gate OTHH GSX Profile installed and it was working fine. However after a GSX update, it doesn't seem to be working any more, no jetways are showing.

I never did anything to the install of the GSX profile so I believe that it is the GSX update that has caused this issue.

Can this please be looked  in to?

Hello,

Would you be able to attach a picture of your GSX customization menu? You can view this menu by loading into the scenery at the stand that should have jetway.

After that, open the GSX menu by pressing "Control + F12". Once that menu opens up, look for the very bottom option that mentions a customization menu and click it. This will open a white box, please send us a screenshot of this box.

Hi Sam,

Sorry to have wasted your time, coincidentally I actually fixed my issue today.

I managed to trace it to the fact that the .ini file provided by you guys was looking for a .bgl under a different name (my .bgl has been renamed after some customisation of the .bgl file).

After editing the file name that was referenced at the beginning of the .ini file, the jetways reappeared! 

Maybe this solution will be helpful if anyone else ever faces this issue.
