No flightplan due to unknown user-id simbrief

Hi, I put my simbrief user-id into my ini profile. However, when I try to request a flightplan from simbrief it doesn't work. It shows: "Unable to fetch Simbrief flight: Error: Unknown User-ID. Who can help?
