Getting the runway length automatically in EFB

Featured Replies

I watched the tutorials and at some point there is a reference as to how to get automatically the runway length in EFB but it just says "put the runway in FMC". In my case i have setup the FMC with a proper flightplan and also proper SID but i don't get the runway length automatically as a button in the EFB to input it.

Where else i have to put the runway in order to get it?

Thanks.

Shouldn´t need to input it anywhere else.

Can you tell me the Airport + Runway please?

I am starting a new flight now from LGMK/34 and will let you know in a while.

It was in LGSA/29 before.

Hi,

When you have the runway inserted in the EFB click the TORA filed in the EFB and then go down to the keypad. Next to the number 1 should be a suggested length so something like 3210 meters just click that and it will populate. Same for the QDM.

Thanks.

Editing this comment as I originally reported similar behavior to what was in the top post, but Cammac seems to have put in the fix/answer above and below. Thank you!

No problem with LGSA29 here for me. 3348 is displayed as the first number as intended.

Yeah i must have done something wrong. It came up in my new flight now....Great plane!
