SAT FPS

Featured Replies

I was wondering if any more updates to SAT are planned. Still experiencing too much lag and FSP drops :(

Hi,

Yes, we do have further updates planned for KSAT to help improve performance, including replacing some of the default photogrammetry which seems to be the cause of the loss of performance.

Oh perfect! The scenery is lovely just the stutters and FPS drops are very annoying because it's not a "large" airport that usual would have issues.

Hi, just to let you know in case you hadn't seen; we've added configuration options to the iniManager for KSAT. Please ensure both are fully up to date and you should have the option to turn some elements of the scenery off which should save you a frame or two.

I'm reopening the thread for feedback

Thanks

I still have some FPS hits here and there but turning off 3d trees and landside cars has improved performance.

It's gone from a borderline unusable slideshow when looking around in the cockpit to tolerable stutters, it's definitely worth giving a shot.

Are any updates pending for this scenery still? Performance in both MSFS20 and 24 are horrible even on a good machine.

Are any updates coming for this scenery still team? Performance in both MSFS20 and 24 are horrible even on a good machine like my Legion 5 with an RTX 4060.
