2.0 download issue

Hi Sam,

I'm having the same problem downloading EGLL v2.0 that I had with the last update, where iniManager would only download the existing version when trying to download the new version. Last time it was an issue at your end, some kind of caching issue on your download cloud if I remember correctly... well it's the same again this time. iniManager says it's downloading v2.00 but the manifest.json says the new download is v1.22.
