iniManager v1.06 on Windows 11 not working

iniManager 1.06 tries to open but only for a second.  This is on Windows 11 latest version.

Update:  Added the iniManager folder and the exe file to security software exceptions without any luck.

I had to reboot into Safe Mode - Network, which iniManager did then work and downloaded the file.  For some reason something on Windows 11 for me is blocking iniManager from running and had to use Safe Mode to get it to work.

Glad to hear you were able to get the iniManager to load. Our team is looking into this issue, it is likely to permission issues from either Windows itself or a third-party program.
