Hi,

I recently bought and installed the fabulous London Heathrow for MSFS 2020 .

However my last 2 flights into Heathrow have crashed on final approach when flying the Airbus a320 Neo. It happens when I am in close proximity of the runway or even taxiiing to the gate.

I know itis the scenery that is causing this as I have had no issues with this previously. Interestingly this does not happen when taking off from Heathrow, only landing.

Both have been daytime landings.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

I am running on PC with latest updates and graphics drivers installed.

If this keeps happening i fear I may have to request a refund on this.

Thanks

Hello,

Can you please check that you are running the latest version of the airport and report?

You can check the version in one of those 2 ways:
1. If you bought it through the iniStore: open the iniManager and check that there are no updates available.
2. If you bought it through the in-sim marketplace: open the content manager by going to your profile and then clicking on the content manager and checking if the version installed is version 1.2.1.

Can you please share your PC specs and if you are running Sim-Update 9 beta.

Kind regards,
Itay

I am not running Sim-Update 9

I do not have the deluxe addition, just the standard.

Do I need to uninstall anything from this? There is no asobo airport egll folder.

I think you are limited by your GPU memory (why we recommend at least 8GB of GPU memory). Can you try to reduce settings like textures resolution, texture supersampling, and texture synthesis?

Please also list your settings before and after you reduced them. EGLL is a heavy airport therefore settings reduction might be needed.
