When I turn the rudder trim switch to the right side, the rudder turn to the left side.

Worth splitting this into binding versus aircraft first. Turn the RUD TRIM knob on the pedestal with the mouse and watch the readout beside it: going right should show R and a rising value. If the cockpit knob behaves and only your hardware switch is backwards, Rudder Trim Left and Right are swapped in Controls.

If the knob itself trims the wrong way, a short clip and your version number will help iniBuilds reproduce it. And check the viewpoint: seen from behind the tail, right trim moves the trailing edge of the rudder to the right.
