Xbox Series X – Jetways Not Responding at Multiple iniBuilds Airports

Hi iniBuilds Team,

I’d like to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with jetways at several of your airports in MSFS 2024 on Xbox Series X.

Over the past 1–2 weeks, possibly longer, I’ve noticed that some jetways have stopped responding when requesting connection or disconnection, whether through the aircraft’s EFB, the in-game ATC menu, or other available ground-service controls.

I’ve experienced this at Hong Kong (VHHH) and several other iniBuilds airports.

I’m wondering whether this could somehow be related to the recent implementation of dual-jetway functionality at certain airports, which, as far as I understand, hasn’t yet been made available on Xbox.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue affecting Xbox users and whether a fix is currently being worked on?

I’d really appreciate any clarification, as the jetways previously worked correctly and the issue has only become noticeable relatively recently.
