On the A380 with V 1.0.7 the company message alert on the ECAM does not disappear even if I open all the messages on the FMC. I opened all the metar/atis request messages, as well as the final and preliminary loadsheets.

After opening those messages, does any unread item remain on a different ATSU or company-messages page, or does the ECAM alert clear and then come back on the next flight?

Can you try opening the message on the OIS?
