3 screenshots.

1. The 3d Model of the Pilot Avatar is positioned forward of the seat (similar to how the Co-Pilot was before the patch).

2. The 3D model of the Pilot Avatar is seated "into" the seat. This is causing the pilot figure too sit low in the cockpit visual model.

These issues were not fixed in patch v1.0.3.
