Thursday at 08:48 AM5 days Hi, im new here. My first forum message. I just purchsed the OMDB V2 scenary but for some reason my jetways are unable to connect to the aircraft via GSX. I tired using direct GSX and via aircraft Tablet but to no avail. Am i missing something or is there a bug. Thank you
Thursday at 09:52 AM5 days OMDBV2 jetways cannot be controlled by GSX at the moment you have to use the multiple jetway tool available from the inimanager. Even then you will not see passengers boarding and deboarding.

Not being able to connect a jetway via GSX but spending 10 seconds doing it via the multijetway tool supplied in the inimanager doesn't stop you doing a 7+ hour flight

GSX is the standard ground operations add-on that so many people use. I have never ever before come across an airport that doesn’t allow GSX to connect jetways. I think it’s very poor form that an airport scenery has been specifically designed where one can’t use GSX, and I’ve no desire to support something like that, I would rather just fly somewhere else.

They are I believe working with FSDT to resolve this minor issueIt hasn't been designed specifically to NOT use GSX. GSXZ isn't compatible at the moment with multijetways and so inibuilds A380 and 350 cannot be showcased properly without multijetways.None of the above detracts from my original point which was it doesn't stop your from doing your flight. If as you correctly say it's only "a visual" thing then it really doens't matter whether jetways connect or not. Just fly from point A to point B after all it's a flight sim not an airport handling sim.

But for now I’d rather fly to an airport where I can connect a GSX jetway. I’d prefer a single jetway to the A350/80 that works properly with GSX and passengers than having multiple ones that are just there for the visuals. But yeah, just my preference, and totally understand and respect that others may have a different preference. It’s one of the great things about this wonderful hobby, we’ve all got different preferences and views and that’s so great for variety!
