I have just purchased the A380 and am currently trying to get everything working as it should.

I have current and updated versions of:

EGLL GSX Profile
A380 GSX Profile
GSX
Inibuilds Multi Jetway tool

Currently tried to get these jetways to work at multiple gates, I am current sat at gate 305 and the jetway tool opens as shown in my screenshot. However, when I click on any of the jetways followed by a door I get a message saying 'rotation required' as shown in second screenshot.

I think I've followed everything that I need to do, but if I've missed anything, please do let me know.

This is a well known issue and being investigated by the teams.

the temp fix I found is spawn to any gate. Then in the sim spawn to the gate you want. If using the A380 use in EFB GSX menu.

also in the GSX settings make sure you have auto reposition selected. Multijetway requires accuracy. I think it’s all to do with a WASM file getting stuck and not regenerating each time. See if this helps

I'm experiencing this exact problem at EGLL, and also at EGKK (although at EGKK despite showing a 'rotation invalid' red error message the jetways did move to the aircraft). At EGLL not connecting to the aircraft. Have the latest GSX version and ran the 'Check' before spawning at the airport - not resolve for me.
