I know it's next to impossible to diagnose these CTD's.

Just wondering if there is any known issues with V10 ?

In flight, Simbrief and FSLTL running. All seemed ok.

Is there any log files that might be of use?

My system for info :-

Lap 285HX processor

64Gb RAM

5090 24GB.

4K native screen. MSDS output at 4K

If you're receiving multiple CTD, I would suggest a fresh install of the aircraft.

Just out of interest, how would one undertake a full removal & reinstall?

If you have the aircraft on the iniManager, you can uninstall and remove any trace folders like WASM etc. then reinstall.

If you're on the marketplace, disable through your content manager, delete the work folder and re-enable.
