Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling both the multi-jetway tool and the GSX profile?

I too am having issues with EGLL, it seems the only method is to do a full clean uninstall and reinstall every time, it works on the initial install, but on the second time at any airport it keeps saying invalid rotation. This also happens with VHHH, there is a clear bug that keeps occurring, and the only work around is before every flight is to do a clean reinstall every single time,.
