Tuesday at 11:54 PM2 days The engine sounds from within the cockpit when starting them up, or shutting them down, are disproportionately loud and inconsistent (like a distorted booming bass rising and falling). The volume of them is otherwise ok, tested having made no adjustments during the initial din!

Wednesday at 04:10 PM1 day Author That was my point - the experience I had was the volume was normal after starting and in flight, but extremely loud/bassy/pulsing when starting them up and turning them off. Definitely not something I can effect in the volume controls.

2 hours ago2 hr I love the current engine start-up and shut down sound of the A380 , its really music to the ears , please do not reduce the sound of this , if its too loud , perhaps a slider to control the booming bass of start-up and engine shut down that pulsates but that should be all , don't reduce the sound or it will be ruined.
