Cant install my plane

I couldn't install my plane in inimanager. I clicked the install product button, but he didn't respond and didn't start downloading anything. How can I solve it?

I have rebooted 3 times, the computer has also rebooted, the software is the latest version 1.0.3, but still cannot install my model, I press the button and nothing happens

Hi @Aloy Zhouy,

Do you perhaps have any antivirus software running?

It might be because it's blocking a file iniManager is trying to download/extract.
