Ini manager and downloads of purchases

Since ini manager is around, I can no longer download the installers I would like to (for backup purposes above all). Why have the installer downloads gone from my account page?

Same and most importantly, I cannot access my serials. So right now, I cannot use the manager due to high server load. First time flying the A300 on my new rig and I cannot find the serial.

The manual installation ZIPs are no longer provided since we've removed that system from our store in favour of the manager to allow for heavily-requested benefits such as auto updating and easy product management. Please contact direct support in regard to this query.
