A220 Navigraph Database not updatet

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I've installed the A220 3 times but I can't load a new database from Navigraph. The Synaptic A220 is linked in my Navigraph account correctly and on the EFB Settings I am Loged in to Navigraph, but when I press the Load new Database Button in the FMS I always get an old AIRAC from 2503_19Mar25. I have all thinks done, deinstalled, new installed. Delite the WASM folder and so on. I don't know what to do yet.

I do have MSFS2024 as Steam Version. Did anybudy have the same and mybe could fixed it?

Hi and thanks for the answer but now, this doesn't solved my issue.

I have found this before I have wrote here and did all the way but without success. The issue is I have allways only one AIRAC to choose and this is an old one.

Hi,

I know you mentioned logging into Navigraph on the tablet, but you’ll also need to log in to Navigraph directly through the FMS as well.

Thanks!

Hi,

Can you confirm you have the marketplace version disabled in your content manager?

Thanks!

Try clearing the WASM folder. If that also fails, try:

  • Make sure the simulator is completely closed.

  • Locate your Community Folder.

  • Rename your Community Folder to Community1.

  • Relaunch the simulator. This should create a new Community folder.

  • Once you reach the main menu, close the simulator.

  • Move the A220 from Community1 into the newly created Community folder.

Launch the simulator again.

Let me know if that helps, thanks!

I don't suggest using add-on linker with 3rd party aircraft. Can you try installing the A220 directly into your community folder?

Thanks!

I had the same issue yesterday. What solved it for me was to go into my navigraph account, sign off all a220 connections and reconnect again later in the aircraft. At the same time I closed my vpn connection for the database update. One of these two measures was the magic bullet and I strongly believe it was signing off all related connections.
